Into week one of getting back on my weight loss grind. Still no sugar. Had some Frosted Flakes yesterday and it made me so sick. My system was like, "No, baybee." Hahaha. I was ill for quite a while. Still, I've been working out pretty well. Been hitting up the gym after work. Downloaded an app to help keep me motivated. Think I may need to downgrade on the cheese as well except maybe, string cheese. Haven't had any pasta though I did succumb to the allure of tater tots.
I'm pretty much implementing portion control and no sugar to start. If I go too strict at the start, I'm concerned that I'll be more likely to stick with it. Tortilla's provide me with bread fix, being low calorie, good amount of protein in a carb, but not too carby. Working it. Pretzels are still a snack I love, but the carbs, oh the carbs. I 'm doing fruit in moderation not baking at all, cause I did some hella baking during the holidays.
My goal is entirely attainable. Doing more cardio. The more cardio I do, the easier it'll be and the more I'll enjoy it. Right now, it's a trial just because I get bored easily. But I'm not giving up. Keep moving forward.
